About the Regional Manager Role

The Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our fitness centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of club managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Conduct regular club visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and support
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage club operations, including staff recruitment, training, and development
Requirements
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
