Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of club managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Conduct regular club visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and support
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage club operations, including staff recruitment, training, and development
- Proven sales and leadership experience in the fitness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
