Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At Nice North America LLC, we're seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Northwest Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our security dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current security dealers to drive sales and growth in the region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Provide product training and support to dealers and distributors to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the region.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, with a strong background in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 7 years' outside sales experience.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales skills with the ability to ask for the business.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and cover a large multi-state region.
  • Ability to formulate sales growth strategies for dealers and distributor branch locations.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and excel in a goal-driven environment.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and sales multipliers.
  • Computer literacy required, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% overnight with balance in home office.
