Regional Sales Manager

At Nice North America LLC, we're seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Northwest Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our security dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with current security dealers to drive sales and growth in the region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Provide product training and support to dealers and distributors to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the region.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, with a strong background in B2B sales.
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 7 years' outside sales experience.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills with the ability to ask for the business.
- Ability to plan, manage, and cover a large multi-state region.
- Ability to formulate sales growth strategies for dealers and distributor branch locations.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and excel in a goal-driven environment.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and sales multipliers.
- Computer literacy required, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
- Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% overnight with balance in home office.
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
- Commission program with potential earnings of $40,000 annually based on performance.
