Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

OrthAlign, Inc., a leading provider of smart technologies for the medical device industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the hip and knee replacement market within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel throughout your territory to meet with surgeons, conduct product demonstrations, and provide education and training to customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and utilization of our KneeAlign, UniAlign, and HipAlign products.
  • Work closely with our AVP/ASD to develop sales goals, strategies, and execution plans tailored to your region.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including sales reports, sales activities, inventory control, and expense report submission.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in hip and knee implants, enabling technologies, or capital sales of orthopedic products.
  • In-depth knowledge of orthopedics, specifically hip and knee replacements.
  • BA/BS degree (preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing sales and adding customers.
  • Expertise across all primary operating room procedures.
  • Understanding of territory markets and healthcare systems.
