Position: Childcare Program Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a group of children aged 3-10
  • Support children with homework and daily activities
  • Foster a fun, safe, and nurturing classroom atmosphere
  • Facilitate engaging group activities and games that promote learning in math, reading, writing, science, and social skills
  • Maintain open communication with parents during drop-off and pick-up times
  • Address classroom conflicts in a calm and effective manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CDA Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • College coursework in early childhood education

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Successful background check and drug screening
  • Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience
  • Ability to assist with homework
  • Familiarity with safety protocols in early childhood settings
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and caring attitude
  • Welcoming to children and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Energetic and collaborative team player
  • Reliable and effective communicator
