People & Culture Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our Corporate People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of People & Culture initiatives that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Provide project coordination and support for the Corporate People & Culture team, including assisting with the implementation of corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and change management initiatives.
- Departmental Administration: Handle routine inquiries, correspondences, and departmental administration for the Corporate People & Culture team.
- Data Analysis: Work with data and metrics, using Excel and Workday to analyze and report on key HR metrics.
- On-boarding and Off-boarding: Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process for all employees, including full-time, temporary, and intern employees.
- External Partnerships: Coordinate with external temporary agencies to support staffing needs.
- Communication and Presentation: Create presentation decks, charts, graphs, and various materials as needed to support People & Culture initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Serve as a People & Culture point of contact, intake information/requests from employees and managers, and assist the Corporate People & Culture team to resolve in a proactive and positive manner.
- Policies and Procedures: Apply and communicate company policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Develop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, to provide seamless support and guidance to the business.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within Human Resources.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborative working style, strong communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Good judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees, with exceptional attention to detail and strong organization and project management skills.
- Technical Skills: High level of proficiency with Excel formulas, formatting, pivot tables, and other analytical functions, as well as working knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
- Cultural Competence: Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce and knowledge of national, state, and local Employee and Labor Relations practices, laws, and regulations.
