About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at Cognira. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for aligning our people initiatives with business goals and supporting the People Operations across both Cognira and RetSci.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead existing HR projects and future initiatives alongside our leadership team and People Operations team.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and offboarding.
  • Serve as an advisor to people managers to offer guidance on talent management & development programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a positive organizational culture, driving engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
  • Lead process improvements to optimize and automate People Operations, including the management/updating of the HRIS database and employee admin tasks.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives, promoting both companies' brands to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, immigration, and employee classification regulations across multiple regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS fast-paced organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
  • Eager to mentor and lead a team while driving people operations initiatives across the organization.
