Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our Corporate People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of People & Culture initiatives that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Provide administrative support to the Corporate People & Culture team, including coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Program Implementation: Assist in the implementation of corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and change management initiatives.
  • Employee Support: Handle routine inquiries, correspondences, and departmental administration for the Corporate People & Culture team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee-related matters.
  • Data Analysis: Work with data and metrics, using Excel and Workday, to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent employee experience.
  • Communication: Serve as a People & Culture point of contact, intake information/requests from employees and managers, and assist the Corporate People & Culture team to resolve in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Policies and Procedures: Apply and communicate company policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, to provide 'seamless' support and guidance to the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, employee development, and organizational development.
  • Skills: Collaborative working style, genuine curiosity, strong desire to continuously learn and grow, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
