Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving advertising revenue, and becoming a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative sales methods, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Business Development: Utilize CoStar Group's extensive property data to identify new business opportunities, drive sales, and close new business.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific territory.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Travel Requirements: Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients, which may require travel by car and occasional travel outside of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree from an accredited not-for-profit university or college.
  • Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or digital advertising.
  • Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of commitment to prior employers and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current and valid driver's license.
  • Driving Record: Satisfactorily complete a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start, with a driving history reflecting responsible behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Senior-Level Relationships: Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior-level clients.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Operational Vehicle: Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Adaptability: Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company environment.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
