POSITION SUMMARY

In collaboration with the General Managers and VP of Sales in West Texas, this role employs our company’s Core Values to strategically plan and enhance sales opportunities and growth within the assigned area. Responsibilities include resolving sales team and customer issues, developing the Truck and Trailer Sales team for optimal performance, managing inventory, and providing training on product knowledge and technical specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the department's capability to sell trucks, trailers, and related components.
  • Guide the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Advise corporate management on sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the sales team regarding customer needs; stay updated on market trends and document all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Leverage corporate staff and partner dealers to identify and negotiate inventory requirements.
  • Analyze competitive activities and stay informed about new products that may assist in sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
