Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales plans to increase new business and retain existing clients.
- Lead and Coach Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
- Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive and compliant.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an independent insurance agency.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM and agency management systems.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
