Job Title: Client Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Surgere. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for effectively selling our AI-powered platform to senior customer executives and driving business outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large Enterprise corporations
  • Articulate the value proposition of our AI-powered platform and position it as a key enabler of change and transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated solutions that address complex problems and meet customer needs
  • Manage and forecast sales performance, including quota achievement and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in account management and business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of the supply chain and manufacturing markets, with experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Ability to work creatively with engineering, technology, operations, and customer success teams to drive integrated solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
