Job Title: Client Executive - Sales

Verizon Connect is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive - Sales to join our team. As a Client Executive - Sales, you will be responsible for driving and achieving sales goals through the creation and execution of a strategic plan for the assigned region in conjunction with the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage current customers to drive sales growth
  • Interface with Verizon sales teams within the assigned region to drive leads and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain executive and key stakeholder relationships for public sector prospects within assigned territory
  • Maintain activity metrics, calls, meetings, opportunities created and closed
  • Utilize SalesLoft for prospecting metrics
  • Grow and maintain accurate funnel health within SFDC
  • Prepare sales forecasts, account status reports, and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential
Requirements:
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bid, sold to, and contracted with government agencies
  • Experience building a sales territory in both a hunter role and a overlay role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales goals
  • Managed multiple projects and deals under tight timelines
  • Selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Telematics experience
  • Cultivated strong trusting customer relationships at senior levels
  • Experience working in the government segment
