Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of sales, customer service, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Manage and update client information using CRM software
  • Research and identify new target markets and business opportunities
  • Assist with sales and renewal processes as directed by the General Manager
  • Track and report sales, client activity, and proposal activity

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales or business development experience
  • Understanding of customer service and sales practices
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and assist wherever needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Acceptable MVR with no more than 3 moving violations within the last three years
  • Approved to work by our insurance
  • Travel by automobile required approximately 85% of the time
