About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Account Manager to join our Channel Sales team at Dialpad. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing partners and recruiting and onboarding new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing partners and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners by providing product training, solution demonstrations, and partner portal access.
  • Build long-standing relationships with partners and consistently engage with them to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage the sales funnel to ensure that all opportunities move forward through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build partner recruitment webinars and sequences to increase Dialpad brand awareness amongst the partner community.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in channel management and/or technology sales.
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals.
  • Ability to prospect and build a pipeline.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field).
