Customer Service Representative

VM Long Beach is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill a full-time Customer Support Agent position within our rapidly expanding field division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers through on-site community-based outreach events to promote our services and build relationships.
- Represent our clients in the community, maintaining a positive image and brand name.
- Enroll eligible customers into service plans and provide clear explanations of eligibility requirements, service options, and plans.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community-based enrollment campaigns to optimize effectiveness.
- Monitor and track daily sales and statistics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar field is preferred.
- Experience with public speaking and presentation skills is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think independently and problem-solve as needed.
