Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our guests, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for our guests.
  • Become an expert on the Shinola brand and products, including our luxury timepieces, leather goods, and jewelry.
  • Connect guests with products that meet their needs and preferences, highlighting the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
  • Build relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales, and communicate this information to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
