Job Title: Sales Associate: Malbon Golf

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Malbon Golf. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create exceptional customer experiences by wardrobing each customer based on their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Malbon Golf products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product value, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance: Participate in general store maintenance, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with golf products, including equipment, apparel, and accessories.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
