Position Summary:

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in supporting studio operations and driving sales initiatives. This position focuses on generating revenue through memberships and retail offerings while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance membership and retail sales through proactive engagement.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including community outreach and networking.
  • Engage with potential clients to schedule classes and facilitate membership enrollment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing members through various communication channels.
  • Utilize ClubReady software to address client inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Adhere to studio policies and procedures.
  • Ensure availability of administrative supplies and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to social media content creation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Professional demeanor with a reliable and organized approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
  • Friendly and engaging personality with a focus on customer relations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple revenue streams effectively.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay complemented by sales commissions, along with a complimentary unlimited membership to Pure Barre and discounts on retail products.
