POSITION:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting studio operations and driving sales initiatives. This position is responsible for generating revenue through memberships and retail offerings. Building strong client relationships and fostering a positive studio atmosphere are key components of this role, along with member retention and community outreach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive and maintain sales for memberships and retail products.
  • Engage in lead generation through community outreach and networking efforts.
  • Contact potential clients to schedule classes and facilitate membership enrollment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing members through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Become adept at using ClubReady software to assist with client inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Adhere to studio policies and procedures.
  • Maintain visibility and stock of all administrative supplies and studio literature.
  • Capture engaging content for promotional purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Friendly and engaging personality with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple revenue streams effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly pay supplemented by sales commissions, along with complimentary unlimited membership to Pure Barre, and discounts on retail products.
