Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support sales initiatives, driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in store events and activations, promoting brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business results, including sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in luxury accessories or bridal.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working with technology, including Shopify and Google Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
