Job Overview

Position Summary

A prominent brewery organization is seeking Retail Sales Executives to enhance existing operations and explore new opportunities across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and distributor relationships within a specified area.
  • Oversee the distribution, presentation, and positioning of our products in assigned markets.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of data and activities in relation to the Annual Business plan for designated distributors.
  • Develop programs and ensure retail standards are upheld in the marketplace.
  • Achieve volume and distribution targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or related sectors is crucial.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly VIP/IDig and Karma, is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships and rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities with a history of successful contract closures.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
