The Americas Business Expansion Manager will oversee all sales and business development efforts for Consulting Solutions in the Americas region. This role requires a strategic leader to drive growth and expansion of the business, ensuring on-target achievement of sales and revenue goals outlined in the annual Sales Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic leader in prospecting, developing, and closing new consulting business engagements with key customers in the Americas.
  • Work closely with Relationship Management and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and lead efforts to expand business across various client segments.
  • Deliver accurate and regular pipeline updates, activity, and forecasts to Sales Management while keeping Salesforce.com updated.
  • Partner with Sales Management to meet the sales plan and applicable sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify industry events to participate in or host in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Master's or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in consulting and/or consulting sales.
  • Background in regulatory reporting.
