The Americas Business Expansion Manager will oversee all sales and business development efforts for Consulting Solutions in the Americas region. This role requires a strategic leader to drive growth and expansion of the business, ensuring on-target achievement of sales and revenue goals outlined in the annual Sales Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic leader in prospecting, developing, and closing new consulting business engagements with key customers in the Americas.
- Work closely with Relationship Management and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and lead efforts to expand business across various client segments.
- Deliver accurate and regular pipeline updates, activity, and forecasts to Sales Management while keeping Salesforce.com updated.
- Partner with Sales Management to meet the sales plan and applicable sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify industry events to participate in or host in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Master's or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in consulting and/or consulting sales.
- Background in regulatory reporting.
