Job Summary

">Sales Experience - Required: Proven track record of sales success in the solar industry or related field. Outside sales experience (in-home sales) is preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.

Compensation Package

"]Base Salary: $100,000 per year, plus uncapped commission, with estimated total earnings ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Benefits include 401k match program, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.

About the Role

"]As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with our appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments and close deals with homeowners. Your primary focus will be on making sure that our customers understand the value proposition of our solar energy solutions and can make informed decisions about their investment.

Key Responsibilities

"]• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide training and support to junior sales team members as needed

Requirements

"]• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the solar industry or related field
• Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of $1 million in annual sales revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
