Sales Director for Strategic Growth

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team as a Regional Vice President, Strategic Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a world-class team of seasoned Account Executives in the Northeast United States.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals in achieving revenue targets and exceeding ACV growth goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth and expansion across multiple industries.
- Cultivate a culture of high-performance, accountability, and excellence within the sales organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive business outcomes and achieve company objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights and industry trends to inform sales strategies and drive results.
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the strategic level, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience driving cultural change and implementing best practices within the sales organization.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic sales landscape.
- Experience working in the Northeast United States region, with knowledge of local markets and industry trends.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM technologies, with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution.
- Leadership experience in a remote or distributed sales environment, with a focus on virtual collaboration and team engagement.
We offer a highly competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
