Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families.
  • Act as a mentor and trainer for new registration staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of clinical resources.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to identify and address patient needs, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Utilize technology to manage patient data, schedules, and communications.
  • Verify patient insurance and eligibility to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on patient access and registration.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Windows, Epic, and Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required.
