POSITION SUMMARY:


The Patient Services Coordinator 2 is essential in delivering administrative assistance within a healthcare environment, ensuring outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities encompass patient interaction, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and addressing inquiries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate patient check-in/out processes, manage scheduling, and verify insurance details
  • Organize follow-up visits and referral appointments
  • Enroll patients and confirm insurance coverage
  • Process payments for services and discuss financial options with patients
  • Address inquiries and ensure proper resolution of patient concerns
  • Support medical records management and provide guidance to junior personnel

  • Familiarity with patient registration and medical insurance claim protocols
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems and maintaining patient documentation
