Job Overview

Position Type: Full-time role

Work Locations: Multiple locations

Work Schedule: Variable hours Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Training across various functions: Check-in/out, Chart Auditing, and Call Center operations.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening and addressing patient needs.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through professional conduct and teamwork.
  • Communicating pertinent information to the relevant internal personnel.
  • Adhering to established procedures for appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Engaging in office meetings and professional development activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • One to three months of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to cross-train in different Patient Access roles.
