Patient Access Coordinator

Position Type: Full-time role
Work Locations: Multiple locations
Work Schedule: Variable hours Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Training across various functions: Check-in/out, Chart Auditing, and Call Center operations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening and addressing patient needs.
- Fostering a positive work environment through professional conduct and teamwork.
- Communicating pertinent information to the relevant internal personnel.
- Adhering to established procedures for appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Engaging in office meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Performing additional duties as required.
To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- One to three months of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
- Ability to cross-train in different Patient Access roles.
