We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Development Account Manager to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote open jobs and analyze marketing strategy
- Negotiate client contract agreements, balancing client needs with service options that support gross profit expectations and growth
- 3+ years of business development experience in the staffing industry
- Proven track record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal client leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
