Job Description:

Vets Hired is seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client leaders and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote job openings and analyze marketing strategy
  • Negotiate client contract agreements and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business development experience in the staffing industry
  • Proven track record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
