Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our team in strategic planning, business development, and other important projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in California, Arizona, or Southern Nevada to effectively manage territories
- Lead and coach associates, fostering development for current and future roles within our organization
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, promoting all aspects of our company to both new and existing customers
- Track Key Performance Indicators and manage performance to objectives set by senior management
- Support and implement effective workflow processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, growth, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- Minimum 6 years of related experience
- Ability to manage direct reports in multi-state areas
- Current valid driver's license
- PC skills using spreadsheets, word processing, and other office management applications
- Mechanical aptitude, product or industry knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for extensive overnight travel
