As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to significantly contribute to our go-to-market strategy.

The annual base salary for this position is $115k, with a total on-target compensation of $155k annually. While this role is remote, preference will be given to candidates located in the Chicago, IL area.

Key Responsibilities:

Success Metrics:

  • Visibility: Ensure one-click access to each department's key performance indicators and ownership of board meeting reports.
  • Efficacy: Track success metrics of go-to-market objectives to assess effectiveness.
  • Strategy: Utilize data insights to inform decision-making and enhance processes.

GTM Technology Stack:

  • Selection, implementation, and management of core systems, with potential for additional point solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM/Salesforce to translate business concepts into practical applications, including data structure, automations, reporting, and full funnel analytics.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Facilitate comprehensive exposure to raw data and compound metrics necessary for reporting at various organizational levels.
  • Aim for the cleanest sources of truth.
  • Assist in creating alignment on revenue goals and their attainment strategies.

Data Management:

  • Identify needs for raw data acquisition, enrichment, and maintenance.
  • Determine project requirements and tailor solutions using both off-the-shelf and custom techniques.
  • Develop grading and scoring systems for leads/accounts based on accessible data.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously enhance methodologies for achieving work output across all phases of RevOps.
  • Document and refine revenue-generating workflows for each go-to-market team.
  • Monitor and improve the sales/customer success pipeline.

Business Analysis:

  • Lead the development of business intelligence and analysis functions to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Establish reporting processes to enhance overall business visibility.
  • Enable tracking of leads through to sales across various time periods and initiatives.
  • Provide insights into campaign effectiveness and go-to-market team efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with core systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gainsight.
  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability to align work with the company's core objectives.
  • Coaching Skills: Strong mentoring capabilities to develop team members.

  • Familiarity with SaaS key performance indicators.
  • Ability to drive results with a lean team.
  • Proficiency in deriving actionable insights from complex data.
  • Experience aligning RevOps objectives with broader business goals.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with additional solutions such as Intercom, Clay, Keyplay, and ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Experience with data warehouse or business intelligence solutions is a plus.
