We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales team in the West Coast region. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the caregiving support industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the caregiving support industry.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the caregiving support sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the caregiving and healthcare community.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the caregiving support industry to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 4-8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the caregiving support or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the caregiving support and eldercare sector with the ability to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
