Key Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and the flow of the service area, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.

- Take ownership of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a lasting positive impression.

- Provide exceptional support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked.

- Ensure the daily allocation of technicians' time is effectively utilized for service customers.
- Efficiently distribute tasks among technicians.
- Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company benchmarks.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
- Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
- Set schedules and assign responsibilities to service department staff.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to established standards.
- Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and foster good employee relations.
- Collaborate with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions within the service department.
