Job Overview: We are in search of a motivated and passionate Customer Support Specialist / Office Coordinator to play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and assisting our service advisors with their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Support Specialist:
  • Facilitate customer satisfaction by employing retention strategies to ensure vehicles are serviced at our esteemed facility.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers to express gratitude for their patronage.
  • Perform daily audits of Repair Orders (RO) to guarantee precision and thoroughness.
  • Compose and dispatch personalized welcome cards to new clients.
  • Organize and maintain documentation, including RO's, invoices, and financial records.
Office Coordinator:
  • Assist service advisors in navigating their daily operations effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule appointments (if trained).
  • Support upselling of services and products (if trained).
  • Prepare vehicle estimates and inspections for customers.
  • Process payments and ensure a positive customer experience upon departure.
  • Act as a driver for shuttle services and parts deliveries as required.
  • Conduct tours of the facility for new or prospective clients.
  • Send appointment reminders via text and follow up with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
