Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Service Representative:
- Ensure timely completion of project requirements.
- Document design and build decisions in designated project management tools.
- Participate actively in design and build workgroup sessions.

- Conduct workflow analysis, build, and documentation in cooperation with both internal and external teams.
Required Skills:
- Thorough understanding of inpatient and outpatient registration and scheduling processes, along with hospital operations and their interrelations.
- Solid grasp of registration and scheduling workflows and their integration with clinical practices.
