About Your WorkThe Customer Service Representative role is a critical position in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective and thorough handling of telephonic inquiries.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls for customer service, referral services, and PPO claim departments.
- Document all call information into our CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide education and assistance to offices on enrollment and EpicLink usage.
- Meet established production, quality standards, and work schedule.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting.
- 1+ years of experience with ACD software, such as RingCentral.
- 1+ year of knowledge of medical terminology, enrollment, and membership activities, as well as claims processing procedures/systems.
- 1+ year of understanding and application of ICD-10, RVS, CPT codes, and basic medical terminology.
- Spanish-bilingual.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting.
- 2+ years of experience with ACD software, such as Cisco Finesse.
