Job Summary

U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless rental experience, and promoting U-Haul's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Answer customer questions and educate them on U-Haul's products and services.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections.
  • Fulfill propane and drive a forklift, as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service in a team-oriented setting.
