About the Role

The Senior Manager, Business Strategy - Search & Discovery will lead a team of professionals in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and innovation in search and e-commerce. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, and build the Walmart online search experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and innovation in search and e-commerce

  • Strategic and Operational Focus:
    • Build strategic and operational planning for key projects, including presentations and materials
    • Own regular operational reporting of the business, including preparing materials and monitoring operating plans
  • Cross Walmart Program Support:
    • Support projects through regular program management, including resource planning, design, analytics, etc.
    • Drive and support cross WMT relationships
    • Actively monitor project risks and dependencies and help remove identified barriers to ensure success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
  • Leading cross-functional teams, Supervisory experience
Benefits

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
