Job Title: Sr. Strategic Business Analyst

The Sr. Strategic Business Analyst is a key member of the Acosta Sales team, responsible for driving process improvement and optimizing efficiency across the sales organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute and manage complex quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and deliver initiatives on time and on budget
  • Conduct research on financial and operational data to provide supporting information or documentation for Sales Leadership
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in MS Office Suite, Web Browsers, PowerBI, MS Access/SQL Server databases, and familiarity with Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence
  • Regularly communicate findings, challenges, and recommendations with project delivery and ability to present complex concepts in concise, easy-to-understand terms
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related degree
  • 4-7 years of experience in a related field
  • CPG industry knowledge
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, Web Browsers, PowerBI, MS Access/SQL Server databases, and familiarity with Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute and manage complex quantitative analysis
