About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager, Omnichannel Marketing to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual omnichannel marketing plans for Kimberly-Clark at Walmart, including search and display media activation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Influence retailer media teams to develop customized products and media properties that support brand and category strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of differentiated, omnichannel shopper marketing programs with Walmart across retailer assets, including digital product content, retailer media, and personalization programs.
  • Build strategic relationships with Walmart and act as a marketing liaison to understand priorities, processes, and requirements.
  • Partner with sales, insights, and digital teams to identify barriers and opportunities with Walmart and develop win-win programs for brands, shoppers, and Walmart.
  • Collaborate with brand teams, customer teams, sales, insights, category leadership, and other functions to support joint business planning and program execution.
  • Analyze data and communicate marketing program impact, lessons learned, and ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with agency partners to drive optimization, creative development, execution of marketing requirements, stakeholder engagement, and achieve program success metrics.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Manager, Omnichannel Marketing who is passionate about driving business growth and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. If you have a strong background in sales or marketing, prior CPG experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Prior CPG experience.
  • Ability to analyze relevant data, insights, and information to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to address.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, communicate, and influence across the organization and with retailers.
  • Ability to think and act strategically and drive commercial planning and execution.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Domestic travel requirements: 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in retail media and/or paid search roles.
