Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
