Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in financial services
- 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in sales
- Proven track record of business development skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year
- Eligibility for additional incentive compensation
- Full-time benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more
The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting, requiring frequent periods of sitting and standing, as well as the ability to transport oneself from one local work site to another.
