Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in financial services
  • 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in sales
  • Proven track record of business development skills and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year
