Job Overview:

The position of Regional Services Sales Lead is essential in enhancing robust cybersecurity frameworks within various organizations. This role requires a comprehensive approach to client engagement, which includes the creation of customized programs, direct consultation on cybersecurity requirements, and extensive support throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and seize business opportunities for services within the designated region across multiple segments and channels.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise business unit to expand and sustain a solid customer base with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement Account Plans for Named Clients to establish, nurture, and expand relationships.
  • Engage with various departments, including Finance and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and value creation.
  • Enhance ESET's positioning within the Client Vendor Ecosystem, including partnerships and resellers for legacy customers.
  • Work alongside Global System Integrators to formulate and execute joint account plans for named clients and collaborative opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Conduct conceptual, systematic, creative, and business activities as directed by the supervisor.
  • Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secure significant strategic advisory service contracts while interacting with executive-level stakeholders across various industries.
  • Evaluate and enhance cybersecurity and incident response frameworks to bolster organizational security measures proactively.
  • Devise innovative scenarios that challenge and refine customers' response mechanisms.
  • Provide expert advice on cloud security strategies and the implementation of technical safeguards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses during technical assessments to support and inform security strategies.
  • Identify security misconfigurations in cloud platforms such as Azure, M365, AWS, or GCP.
  • Generate and deliver high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in cybersecurity, leveraging insights from both government and private sectors.
  • Present technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience or a similar role in the software/technology sector, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity or SecOps.
  • 7+ years of experience promoting enterprise technology, particularly focusing on SaaS and innovative cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a cloud security program and technical controls to secure cloud deployments.
  • Contribute to the establishment and management of a security program that aids organizations in enhancing their security strategies.
  • Experience in addressing a range of information security and IT issues, including both technical and operational cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and effectively communicate with executive management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented and self-sufficient with a high level of interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of misconfigurations that attackers exploit in cloud services and how to implement mitigations.
  • Familiarity with developing organizational risk frameworks and improving them to address cyber risks.
  • Experience in developing policies and plans focusing on cybersecurity activities.
  • Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish actionable cybersecurity priorities.

Education:

  • University undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Security+.

Job Fit:

  • Must reside within a major city in the defined geographical sales territory.
  • Availability to work during days, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to accommodate calls and meetings across different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the geographical sales territory.
