Reporting directly to the Senior In-Store Sales and Service Manager, the Field Sales and Service Manager will focus on delivering exceptional service to customers at the retail level within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead product training sessions for store personnel.
- Develop and implement planograms for new product introductions and modifications.
- Oversee the arrangement of product categories through external vendors.
- Provide strategic guidance to store managers to optimize retail space.
- Build and maintain relationships with store staff.
- Establish and communicate a travel itinerary, keeping management informed of upcoming store visits and adjustments.
- This role requires extensive travel, approximately 70-80% of the time.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in full-cycle sales and consumer engagement.
- Experience working with retail and distribution accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer levels.
- Proven project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
