Job Overview

Hampton Products is seeking a skilled Field Sales and Service Manager to enhance our Sales division.

As a well-established consumer products company, Hampton Products specializes in innovative solutions across various categories, including security and automotive accessories.

Reporting directly to the Senior In-Store Sales and Service Manager, the Field Sales and Service Manager will focus on delivering exceptional service to customers at the retail level within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead product training sessions for store personnel.
  • Develop and implement planograms for new product introductions and modifications.
  • Oversee the arrangement of product categories through external vendors.
  • Provide strategic guidance to store managers to optimize retail space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store staff.
  • Establish and communicate a travel itinerary, keeping management informed of upcoming store visits and adjustments.
  • This role requires extensive travel, approximately 70-80% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in full-cycle sales and consumer engagement.
  • Experience working with retail and distribution accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer levels.
  • Proven project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
