Job Overview:

The position of Regional Services Sales Lead is crucial in establishing strong cybersecurity frameworks for organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and leverage business opportunities for services across various segments and channels within the designated region.
  • Support the Enterprise business unit in expanding and nurturing a robust customer base with both new and existing clients.
  • Create and implement Account Plans for Named Clients to develop and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Finance and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and value creation.
  • Engage with Client Vendor Ecosystem to enhance ESET's positioning, including partnerships and resellers for legacy customers.
  • Work with Global System Integrators to devise and execute joint account plans for named clients and shared opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Conduct various activities as directed by the direct supervisor, including project work and additional tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secure significant advisory service contracts by engaging with executive-level stakeholders across diverse industry sectors.
  • Evaluate and enhance cybersecurity and incident response frameworks to improve organizational security measures proactively.
  • Develop innovative scenarios that challenge and enhance customers' response capabilities.
  • Provide expert advice on cloud security strategies and the implementation of technical safeguards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses during technical assessments to inform and support security strategies.
  • Identify security misconfigurations in cloud platforms such as Azure, M365, AWS, or GCP.
  • Deliver high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
  • Understand cloud-based attacks and tactics employed by threat actors targeting major cloud platforms.
  • Apply standards and best practices to cloud infrastructure effectively.
  • Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity, drawing insights from both government and private sector perspectives.
  • Present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or equivalent role in the software/technology sector, with a preference for cybersecurity or SecOps experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience promoting enterprise technology, particularly in SaaS and disruptive cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a cloud security program and technical controls for securing cloud deployments.
  • Contribute to the development and management of a security program, assisting organizations in enhancing their security strategies.
  • Experience in addressing a range of infosec and IT issues, including both technical and operational cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional language skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and effectively communicate with executive management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, with a high level of interpersonal relationships.

Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of common misconfigurations exploited by attackers and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in developing policies and plans focusing on cybersecurity activities.
  • Experience in helping government organizations refine cybersecurity priorities.
  • Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish actionable cybersecurity priorities.

Education:

  • University undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Security+.
