Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Leader will manage a team of up to 8 Territory Managers, focusing on achieving sales objectives and fostering professional development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Development: Guide and support Territory Managers to meet sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Implement effective sales strategies for market growth.
  • Product Introductions: Spearhead the successful launch of new products.
  • Performance Enhancement: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales metrics and market dynamics.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage budgets effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Travel Requirements: Assist Territory Managers and participate in relevant industry events as necessary.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in pharmaceutical or medical sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Product Launch Expertise: Demonstrated success in introducing new products to the market.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Attributes: A strategic thinker with a focus on results.
