Job Summary:

As a Patient Advocate with CharterCARE Health Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care. Under the supervision of the Risk Management Leader, you will respond to patient needs and concerns, while maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complaints and grievances, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve patient experience.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate risk and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in healthcare, advocacy, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of patients' rights and responsibilities.
  • Experience with conflict negotiation and resolution.
  • Ability to present to large and small audiences.
