Overview:
In adherence to all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements, oversees and orchestrates all

inpatient rehabilitation processes for effective discharge planning and advocacy for patients and their families. Accountable for the

provision of high-quality, cost-efficient services in rehabilitation care management. Responsible for

formulating annual salary and non-salary budgets, developing and supervising policies and procedures

and for implementing performance enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:
A degree in Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Social Work is required. A Master's degree is highly preferred.

Licensure Requirements:
Must hold a valid license as a Social Worker, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse.

Professional Experience:
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in organization and prioritization.
  • Proven track record in delivering responsive customer service.
  • Familiarity with national standards (JCAHO, CARF, Department of Health, Licensing regulations).
  • Capacity to make strategic and complex decisions and take responsibility for such judgments.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Management expertise in planning, organizing, inventory oversight, and directing team activities.
  • Leadership abilities in inspiring individuals and fostering team cohesion.
  • Proficient in coaching, teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving.
