Senior Director of Account-Based Marketing Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of our go-to-market, demand generation, and lifecycle and upsell strategy across all our product and service lines, with a focus on our enterprise pharmaceutical audience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to establish, prioritize, execute, and measure go-to-market, demand generation, and account-based marketing efforts.
- Drive the growth of our company's presence in the clinical research and pharma community.
- Lead a marketing team and contribute to the development of our company's go-to-market commercial strategy.
Your Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10-15+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, preferably in the life sciences / biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with marketing systems and advanced attribution reporting.
- A Quantitative and Analytical leader who rigorously tracks goals and KPIs.
- A creative marketer who has experience laying groundwork for high-value customer relationships.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
