About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Strategist to own go-to-market, demand generation, and lifecycle strategy across all our product and service lines, with a focus on enterprise pharmaceutical clients.

This role involves partnering with senior leadership to establish account-based marketing strategy, effectively cascading functional strategy to the Marketing team, and contributing to the development of organizational policies.

You will also be responsible for translating business line strategy into functional plans, guiding execution, and participating in corporate development of methods and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies
  • Lead a marketing team to achieve strategic yearly marketing plans aligned to marketing goals and company objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish account-based marketing strategy and objectives
  • Effectively cascade functional strategy to the Marketing team and contribute to organizational policies
  • Translate business line strategy into functional plans and guide execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-15+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, preferably with a strong emphasis on the life sciences/biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with marketing systems and advanced attribution reporting
  • Quantitative and analytical leader who rigorously tracks goals and KPIs
  • Creative marketer who has experience laying groundwork for high-value customer relationships
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion in a high-energy company environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and responsiveness
